  • Academic Data: Student/NIM/NIS IDs, class enrollments, assignment grades, and schedules.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited and features used within the platform (for improving our service).

3. Google Workspace API Integration (Classroom)

HopperIT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • What Data We Access: We request read-only access to 4 specific Google scopes:
    1) Google Classroom Courses (to map your enrolled classes)
    2) Google Classroom Coursework Me (to fetch assignments and deadlines for the current user)
    3) Google Classroom Coursework Students (to fetch assignments for all students in mapped courses)
    4) Google Classroom Announcements (to fetch class announcements).
  • How We Use This Data: Solely to synchronize and display your Google Classroom tasks and announcements into your unified HopperIT dashboard.
  • Storage and Security: OAuth access tokens are encrypted and securely stored. We do not store your Google password. We do not use this data for advertising.
  • Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties. It is used exclusively to provide the service you requested within HopperIT.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled databases to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can revoke HopperIT's access to your Google account anytime via your Google Account Security settings.
